Democracy has never worked because average people are easily conned by the lowest and most blatant forms of propaganda. Case in point: the Covid pandemic, where they were duped into euthanizing themselves and their families. Of course, I am not the first to point this out. Socrates stated this truth thousands of years ago, and the masses, unable to refute him, put him to death for “corrupting the youth” as if might makes right. Today, they parrot their masters in calling you a conspiracy theorist, stain your reputation, and sabotage your ways of earning a living instead, like that would deter anyone with actual principles the materialistic modern masses are devoid of.
If we imagined for a moment that democracy was real, I would argue that anyone who was 30-years or older that took the Covid vaccine and/or promoted it, should have their right to vote permanently revoked since they proved a danger not only to society but to their own selves. Younger people can be forgiven since in most cases they were either coerced from a very young age or had not yet reached the peak of their reasoning abilities.
I have little doubt all the politicians, celebrities, and CEOs who run around the world championing democracy, laugh in secret among themselves at how stupid and gullible their supporters are, like they did during the pandemic, when they promoted lockdowns and masks for their supporters while partying unmasked amongst themselves.
