2010 – Lockstep
In May 2010, The Rockefeller Foundation and Global Business Network publish a report titled “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development.” The President of the Rockefeller Foundation at this time, Judith Rodin, and the Chairman and Cofounder of the Global Business Network, Peter Schwartz, both issue letters at the beginning of the report. On page 18 of the report is a “Scenario Narrative” titled Lockstep with the subtitle describing it as, “A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.”
The scenario narrative goes on to describe a deadly future global pandemic that includes verbatim descriptions of events like:
- “Even the most pandemic-prepared nations were quickly overwhelmed when the virus streaked around the world, infecting nearly 20 percent of the global population and killing 8 million in just seven months…”
- “International mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt, debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains.”
- “Normally bustling shops and office buildings sat empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers.”
- “During the pandemic, national leaders around the world flexed their authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets.”
Now I can post the whole report here, but I think the reader gets the point that a pandemic with enforced lockdowns that would last many months and even temperature checks for citizens was hypothesized in this report.
2018 – Clade X
In May 2018, having not run a Pandemic Tabletop Exercise (PTE) in 13 years since Atlantic Storm in 2005, the John Hopkins Center for Health and Security (JHCHS) decides it is time to run PTEs again beginning with Clade X. Clade X was funded by an organization named Coefficient Giving whose founding and most significant partnership is with an organization named Good Ventures, founded by Dustin Muskovitz, better known as the co-founder of Facebook. Like many pandemic scenarios, Clade X is a novel parainfluenza virus that spreads from person-to-person by coughing and goes global resulting in many deaths and has no effective medical countermeasure. There never seems to be one for these scenarios.
2019 – Crimson Contagion
From January to August 2019, the US Government, along with many private and public organizations, and multiple states and municipalities ran an 8-month long functional pandemic exercise named Crimson Contagion. As you might have guessed from the title, the contagion originates in China. In this scenario, they spent 8-months of time and taxpayer dollars preparing for a “fictional” pandemic to “respond to a severe pandemic of influenza originating in China” where a “novel influenza A respiratory virus” arrives on American shores from tourists who visited China, resulting in 110 million Americans being infected and about 600,000 deaths. Sound familiar? For those interested in the occult and esoteric, there is even a 666 in Crimson Contagion’s logo.
The Crimson Contagion exercise was proposed and led by a Bush-era neoconservative named Robert Kadlec. Coincidentally (or not) in February 2020, Kadlec would lead the White House coronvirus taskforce meeting using Crimson Contagion as his template. This same Robert Kadlec would also create and lead Operation Warp Speed, for vaccine development. Like in the Crimson Contagion exercise, by April 2020, Kadlec, had already discovered that a vaccine would be the only way out of the Pandemic. I bet anyone reading this that has received the Covid vaccine probably does not feel good about receiving a vaccine pushed and developed by a Bush-era neoconservative. Again for those into the occult and esoteric, you will see that the Operation Warp Speed logo has a virus overlaying a black cube modified with additional colors.
2019 – Event 201
After the conclusion of Crimson Contagion and having completed the Clade X tabletop exercise a year earlier, the JHCHS, in partnership with the World Economic Forum (WEF) and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation decides to run another PTE named Event 201 on October 18, 2019. In this scenario, “a novel zoonotic coronavirus is transmitted from bats to pigs to humans…and the pathogen and disease it causes are modeled largely on SARS.” Like the other pandemic scenarios, this one goes global too and a vaccine is the only way out (or 80-90% of the world populace becomes exposed). However there is a key excerpt from one of their recommendations that is overlooked and that is the use of experimental vaccines:
“As one possible approach, this virtual stockpile model could be expanded to augment WHO’s ability to distribute vaccines and therapeutics to countries in the greatest need during a severe pandemic. This should also include any available experimental vaccine stockpiles for any WHO R&D Blueprint pathogens to deploy in a clinical trial during outbreaks in collaboration with CEPI, GAVI, and WHO.”
In addition, their final recommendation is developing methods to combat “mis- and disinformation” (Newspeak for telling the truth) prior to the next pandemic response.
